I have seen both my children blossom into free-spirited, confident little boys, all thanks to the school’s wonderful teachers who relentlessly engage the children in ways that bring out their best qualities, making them feel confident in their own self.
For eg: Engaging them in activities that teach them real-life skills like conserving water, recycling, field trips to the post office, fire station, meeting underprivileged children in govt. schools. Such activities go a long way in shaping a child’s understanding of life.
Every child is treated uniquely and not as a sea of students. This in itself is a testament to how deeply invested the teachers are in each student.
The reading culture in ELC, coupled with the expansive library and weekly books sent home have instilled a joy of reading within my children and I know that this habit of reading is going to continue for a long time.
On an ending note, to all of you—teachers, administrators, support staff, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking this journey of learning with my children and for making ELC a special place for them, a home away from home!
